- Set up, test and provide technical support for all virtual events, including events attended by both physical and virtual guests and participants.
- Set up and provide technical support for all matters relating to operations requiring video conferencing solutions.
- As first responders, attend, manage, mitigate, resolve, and report all disruptions relating to virtual hearings, events and meetings.
- Make sure all infrastructure's related hardware and software are operational at all times.
- Coordinate with and provide advice to users for all matters requiring video conferencing.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure hearing venues are available according to schedule.
- Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system, e.g., routine checks and preventive maintenance works
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (AV/Electrical/Electronics/IT), of which at least 1 year of experience should be in providing AV/ IT service to users.
- A diploma in a related field
- Good planning and organizing skills, have a service-oriented mind-set, Good interpersonal & communication skills, and adaptable to change.
- Able to provide good customer service when providing technical services.
- Be familiar with customer service software such as Freshdesk or Manage Engine.
