- Strategize a retail marketing calendar that is in line with the annual business objectives and financial budgets.
- Plan and be responsible for all main ATL retail campaigns for the company.
- Analyses performance and results of past marketing strategies and make tactical adjustments to leverage opportunities for increased exposure.
- Maintains awareness of competitors' movements and ensure that we stay competitive from field visits online and offline. To gather market intelligence on competitors' strategies on their products and services.
- Maintains "ethics in business" policy in regards to all suppliers and to conduct oneself in a professional business-like manner with colleagues and external parties alike.
- Develops the marketing team and help them to be trained in the competencies necessary to develop and execute our marketing strategies.
- Prepare marketing budgets and promote certain key categories identified for the business.
- Work closely with Press, Media, and Agency management to ensure deliverables are met.
- Conduct campaign analysis and measurement of campaign success and possible efficiencies.
- Review and Approve press scripts taking into consideration factors such as legal and risk.
- Create ATL campaigns, develop product introduction programs as well as manage existing product portfolio.
- Monitor marketing performance and keep abreast of the latest changes and trends in the related field and industry.
- Provide insights/improvement actions for all digital channels, such as social, website, email marketing, affiliates, SEM and display ads etc.
- Coordinate with various marketing partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through the digital platforms.
- Any other duties/projects as assigned
- Degree in Marketing/Commercial Business, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field
- Extensive experience in agency management and creative development
- Knowledge of the requirements of retail distribution channels
- Retail background
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar marketing management role
- Able to motivate and lead management staff
- High level of business ethics and integrity
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Good communication skills, with the ability to manage campaigns within strict deadlines
- Highly numerate with a strong analytical ability
- Passionate with a vision to manage and drive through change
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
- Able to multi-task, possess a keen eye for detail, and excel within tight deadlines and fast pace working environment.
