    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Process Excellence Sr Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and drive process improvement initiatives while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence across all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. The Business Process Excellence Sr Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancement, streamline workflows, and implement sustainable solutions to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business process improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives with an emphasis on quality management principles and practices.
    • Lead GOPS focused process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with GOPS teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Quality, Operations metrics and process performance.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the Value Stream.
    • Design and document standardized processes, procedures, and workflows to drive consistency and scalability.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and statistical analysis to identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address them effectively.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance product and service quality, reduce defects and rework, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for process automation and optimization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles within a corporate environment.
    • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality and efficiency.
    • Effective project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering quality improvement projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in quality management tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Quality Management Software) and experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
