Guest Services Assistant - Singapore - MARINA BAY HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities
- Handle guests' luggage on arrivals, departures and storage
- Do internal dispatch of mails / faxes / items
- Collect delivered items from Security/ Purchasing Department
- Perform packing service of guests' items
- Hoisting/Lowering of flags when necessary daily
- Control the canopy lights at the driveway daily & as and when necessary
- Do outside errands / taking of guests to destinations (eg clinic /shops etc)
- Assist guests with luggage while at the lobby
- Opening of doors at the lobby / assist with the elevators
Requirements:
- Physically fit to stand and walk through the day
- Warm customer service and enjoys meeting people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Works rotation shifts (morning and afternoon shifts); weekends and public holidays.
