    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are family Karaoke operator with FOUR outlets in Singapore, we're looking for full-time service crew who can work during our operation hours, we have 2 shifts from 2pm – 11pm OR 7pm to 3am.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
    As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:

    • Greeting customers and serving customers
    • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
    • Ensure that guests received attention at all times
    • Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
    • Must be customer service oriented
    • Greeting customers at the door
    • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of KTV and keeping the environment tidy at all times
    • Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, deliver orders, clean room, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Able to communicate in both English/Mandarin
    • Minimum Secondary level education
    • Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
    • Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
    • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
    • Candidates with relevant working experience in the Karaoke Or F&B industry
