Description
Operational positioning working in the outlet 44 hours a week after breaks. Working in tandem with Senior Management; for all Outlet operations and communications between FOH and BOH.

  • Liaise with Guest Relations team to schedule and manage all bookings and special requests, regularly updating CRM with sales history and updating all customer tags.
  • Understand thoroughly all table numbers and sections; Asador, Bar, Golf/ Par, Verandah and Lawn area.
  • At all times be in service and in charge of your section, maintaining the highest possible service standards and upholding company SOS. Wherever necessary guiding and offering on the job training to any trainees or juniors and leading by example
  • Be across all menus, specials, limited portions of all Food and Beverage offerings.
  • Understand and be across all SOS and SOPS for FOH.
  • Drive all rostered briefings; 11:45am and 5pm every shift you are rostered on with a detailed summary of the shift happenings.
  • Assist in Recruitment; hiring of all frontline restaurant staff ie. Management Executives, Bartenders, F&B Supervisors and Trainees etc.
  • Maintain an eye and attention to detail to all operational matters and highlight any issues instantly to Senior Management.
  • Identify and highlight any repairs and maintenance that need to be scheduled to Outlet Manager. Wherever possible suggest any contractors or vendors that can assist.
  • Possess a positive and can
- do attitude initiating solutions to problems before they arise.

  • Collate all customer feedback, both positive and negative and achieve 5 star Google, Seven Rooms and Trip Advisor.
  • Work in tandem with a dynamic, medium
- sized team and be clear of responsibilities and duties.

  • Manage any troublesome customers and identify and signs of intoxication to Senior Management.
  • Understand all cashing up and Daily Nightly Report procedures, carry out whenever necessary.
  • Onboarding; assist in the induction and development of all Restaurant Staff; orientation, on the job training, career mapping and defining team culture at Panamericana.
  • Assist in rostering; liaising with Outlet Manager for weekly rostering of all FOH within budgets (32% wage bill).
  • Assist in maintaining the following KPI's
  • Beverage COGS; 23%, 1% Stocktake variance.
  • Training; assist in developing the ongoing training program for all FOH staff, this will consist of all SOPS and SOS for Panamericana.
  • Creative; Assist with menu descriptions and encourage a sales
- driven team to meet and surpass all daily targets.

  • Communicate with Head Chef to understand service flow, 86 items and key dishes to promote.
  • Communicate with the Bar Team to understand which beverages to push and which items are running low or 8
  • At all times be in control of your section and managing and surpassing guest expectations, if you are in need of help do not be afraid to ask another Manager for help.
  • Partake in all training programs and initiatives developed by Senior Management team.
