    Description

    We are a dynamic services company in search of self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Junior Project Manager.     Responsibilities

    Project Coordination

    Assist in project planning, execution, and closing activities.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain project documentation and update project tracking tools.

    Communication Skills

    Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Contribute to regular status meetings and report on progress.

    Resource Management

    Participate in resource allocation and management. Assist in developing project budgets and timelines.

    Client Management

    Support in managing client relationships.

    Participate in client meetings and understand their requirements.

    Risk Management

    Contribute to identifying and mitigating project risks.

    Collaborate with senior project managers to develop risk mitigation strategies.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related discipline

    At least 1 year of relevant experience, fresh university graduates in 2024 with related coursework experience are welcome to apply.

    Good familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Able to converse professionally in both English and Mandarin Chinese with business counterparts.

    Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
