Responsibilities:

Management of Sellable Goods in Stores for Locally Sourced brands, Ensuring On-Shelf Availability

Manages replenishment for locally sourced products via direct store deliveries within OTB (opentobuy) budget
Validates replenishment calendar with suppliers, setting up of SAP parameters to optimize stock levels, manages order entry, tracks order status and recovery for unfulfillment
Liaises with Category team to anticipate and properly manage animations, promotions, new product/brand introductions and discontinued items exit strategy
Works collaboratively with Master Data, Category team, E-Commerce team to ensure data integrity of product purchase statuses
Gatekeeper for consistency between product assortment, product lifecycle and planogram
Liaises with IT team to troubleshoot any inventory issues faced by stores in SAP
Follow up with suppliers/stakeholders on Aging reports, Ecom unpublished stocks, Import labels, transfer of inventories within Sephora entities.

Management of Non-sellable Goods & Other Operation Matters

Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply planning especially in FMCG or retail environment
Positive attitude, meticulous and good with numbers. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Advanced Excel skills and good pickup skill on IT systems and processes are critical to this role
