About Our Client:

Our client is a leading global provider of margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, Contracts For Difference (CFDs) and Financial Spread betting.

Their business has evolved into a world class, multifaceted brokerage with offices in six regions.

Major Responsibilities

Supporting the Team Leader by overseeing daily operations, supervising onboarding queues, and relaying any challenges or feedback from team members
Assist to outline and monitor individual KPIs, team goals, delivery of tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Reporting/contacting thirdparty software for issues encountered within the shift.
Responsible for new hire training and existing members uptraining and coaching.
Conduct KYC procedures and ongoing due diligence under multiple regulatory frameworks for prospective and existing client accounts (account onboarding).
Safeguard client privacy and ensure all SOPs are compliant to relevant laws and regulations
Adhere to established policies, guidelines, procedures and proactively participate in ongoing training plans to meet the changing competitive and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional communication & collaboration with key stakeholders to identify, action and develop due diligence processes to achieve higher operational efficiency.
Proactively participate in assigned projects that promote client value, operational efficiency, and innovation.

The Successful Applicant:

Essential Criteria

Degree holder
Experienced in Corporate KYC requirements.
Possess advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Words skills, Familiarity with SaaS, API and Cloud topics would be an advantage.
