Responsibilities

  • Works closely with North America procurement team and SG category managers to identify potential projects to deliver savings
  • Coordinate the implementation of improvement or new projects that requires inputs from SG category managers
  • Actively works with North America procurement team to resolve operational issues and troubleshoot issues that are affecting the STE business units
  • Seeks regular input from North America business unit leadership to ensure that the support from Procurement is operating effectively in line with wider business requirements
  • Provides feedback to North America procurement team and SG category manager on performance improvement areas
  • Conduct regular reporting on North America procurement team performances to stakeholders
  • Has indepth knowledge of the North America business, and develops good relationships with its stakeholders

Requirements:

Leadership

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good influence to stakeholders

Technical

  • Experience in procurement operations, sourcing and project procurement
  • Possess good PowerPoint skills

Managerial

  • Able to manage diverse issues across a range of stakeholders

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors of Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration
