Responsibilities:

• Design, and implement SharePoint based solutions working closely with the team members and 3rd Party vendors

Incident Management:
Perform troubleshooting and rectification of issue reported

Problem Management:
Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures

Service Request:
Perform general SharePoint administrative tasks and writing Power Shell scripts as part of service request

Change Request Assessment:
Carry out requirements gathering and assessment on the effort and timeline require for the Change Request based on the requirement provided

Change Request:
Carry out technical design, technical construction, testing, implementation and deployment for the Change Request

• Escalate critical problems to the Group Lead / Project Manager
• Interact with technical and business user team where required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Overall 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development
• Should have experience in SharePoint Server setup and Upgrade/migration.
• SharePoint 2019 solutions using out of the box components, front end web development tools and design experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with traditional development .NET and C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML JSON is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using SharePoint Designer, developing custom workflows & solutions as well as experience with SharePoint customizations including Master Pages and branding required.
• SharePoint certification will be an added advantage.
