SFC also manages Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) and The Cocoon Space (TCS):
DORS , the retail showcase located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally-based designer brands in Singapore.
TCS , offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2 and rooftop of Design Orchard
Career Opportunity:
The Retail Executive is a key member of our Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) and the face to our customers.
As this role is in a service environment, you should be someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills with a great and welcoming personality, able to inspire, lead and develop the team to deliver a seamless customer experience to make every visit to DORS unforgettable.
You will have opportunities for growth and career progression; both within the or within other functions such as Retail Operations, Marketing and more.
- Welcome and engage customers by providing an excellent instore experience at all times
- Maintain and build customer base and loyalty
- Develop client relationships through an individual approach and leveraging on the CRM and Marketing tools
- Maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
- Manage the daytoday operations of the store including cashiering and housekeeping duties to ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display standards
- Manage stock levels and assist in making decisions with regards to stock control.
- Ensure that safety, security, and administration procedures are followed.
- Assist with any other duties and tasks as assigned by our Store Manager
Pre-requisites:
- Selfmotivated and a good communicator
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor, and be a team player.
- Passionate about, and supportive of, local fashion brands, products, and stories.
- Have good product knowledge of the products in store.
- Enthusiastic about speaking, storytelling, and recommending said products.
- Good product knowledge of the products in the store and be clear with the ongoing promotions in the store.
- Want to be part of a retail family that sets common goals and works together to create a positive, supportive work and retail environment.
