    Responsibilities

    • Ensure daily department operations are processed promptly and accurately.
    • Processing of customers' orders, purchase orders and handle invoicing.
    • Maintain proper documentations.
    • In charge of Import and Export shipping arrangement.
    • Liaising with 3rd party logistics company/freight forwarders.
    • Responsible to conduct stocktaking.
    • Attend to customers' issues and resolve them in a timely manner

    Requirements

    • At least 2 year of sales coordinating or sales support experience
    • Proficiency in Ms Office, specifically Word
    • Candidates with knowledge in LC or working experience in Trading Company will have an added advantage
