- Work with the GPO manager on NTU projects aimed at improving the quality of education we provide / the systems we use / the curriculum design and delivery and the overall student experience;
- Manage all matters relating to the PhD programme;
- Manage MSc and PhD assessment/examinations;
- Handle student life matters ;
- Handle alumni affairs;
- Assist with student recruitment initiatives;
- Assist with data submissions to NTU/MOE ;
- Assist with Data Governance Policy Implementation;
- Student Discipline Case Management: follow up appropriately on feedback and complaints received against students, including disciplinary cases and proceedings
- Student Wellbeing and students with Special Needs case management, care planning, coordination and support: work closely with manager, rest of GPO team, faculty and relevant NTU offices including University Wellbeing Office, Office of Academic Services or Student Affairs Office to support or refer students ;
- Manage and update content on the RSIS website; and
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Senior Management
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Forms, MS Teams)
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels
- Diligent, meticulous and able to work with minimum guidance
- Adaptable and resourceful
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to work & achieve deadlines under pressure when needed
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
