As the Accounting Manager, you will be a key member of our Finance Department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial operations.

This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing financial functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Your ability to lead a team, manage complex financial processes, and maintain strong communication with various stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.

• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring their professional growth and optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.
• Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury functions, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to the executive team and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations activities.
• Stay uptodate with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience 3 years as an Accounting Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
