Description

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective commercial/corporate/FIG clients.


  • Understand and appreciate the clients' as well as prospects' processes, functions as well as having the ability to fully appreciate buying patterns and dynamics for effective solutioning.
  • Drive business through growth of portfolio to meet balance, revenue and mandate KPIs.
  • Assist in all Cash Management product commercialization activities.
  • Feedback any product requirements or any issues faced to Product team.
  • Engage in task force or projects (if required) such as projects to improvise processes, product development, interdepartment tasks etc.
  • To assist and participate in events/activities/polls to further brand name and visibility of franchise.
  • Build pipelines and achieve closures / mandated deals by negotiating pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions; contributing to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals.
  • Ensure that coverage teams and clients' cash management requirements are properly scoped with suitable solutions and pricing, if required.
  • Support and conduct account planning sessions with coverage teams.
  • Liaise with all key business partners to secure successful mandates e.g. BU, product, channels, operations etc.
  • Support Relationship Managers (various Business Units) for joint marketing calls and crosssell / upsell of cash solutions to client; and conduct trainings to Relationship Managers in the area of solution selling to clients.
  • Participate in audits and ensuring that processes are adhered to and complied
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
