Description
1.Research and Analysis- Conduct research on relevant industry including eCommerce, logistics and supply chain in South East Asia regions.
- Provide deep industry insight and specific topics analysis for leadership team and drive for better decision.
- term strategy development in terms of supply chain and freight business development
- Proactively develop logistics/supply chain capability building plan and push forward for plan implementation
- Propose and cascade KPI & key initiatives from BU to business team & function team level, proactively follow and engage in business strategy implementation 3.
- Conduct business performance and operational analysis, prepare and coordinate monthly business review 4.Project Management
- Build and refine project management mechanism including projects setup & exit, project tracking and review process, resource allocation etc.,
- Act as project owner in logistics capability building relevant projects.
- English and Mandarin proficiency for research work and communication at work Bachelor/ Master or MBA degree holder with at least 58 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Ecommerce/Retailing. Consulting firm working experience, oversea working experience will be a plus. Structure thinking and topdown approach, be positive and optimistic, handon capability and attitude. Have good international perspectives and leadership potential, work well under cross culture context and under time pressure.
