    Job Responsibilities:​

    • Office Management Systems:Implement and maintain office management systems and procedures to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruption.
    • Change Management Programs:Administer change management programmes to support team members in adapting to organizational changes effectively.
      Provide necessary support and resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
    • Professional Practices:Uphold Professional standards by providing exceptional customer service and handling personal and confidential information with discretion.
    • Data Management:Collect, update and maintain necessary data in the systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Data Governance:Promote and monitor compliance with ethical and responsible data use principles within the organisation.
    • Data Quality & Audit Management:Ensure that services and processes adhere to organisational practices and standards through quality assurance and audit management.
    • Program Delivery and Event Coordination:Deliver programmes and coordinate events, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organisational objectives.
    • Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the division and the centre, assisting with tasks such as scheduling, documentation and correspondence.

    Job Requirements:​

    • Degree Holder​
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience​
    • Strong organizational, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills​
    • Independent in managing and executing work tasks​
    • Meticulous and careful in generating and ensuring accuracy of reports
    • Committed team player, able to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
    • Service-oriented
    • Proactive in looking out for opportunities to improve work processes
    • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Tech savvy
