    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a school environment. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with school administrators, teachers, students, and parents to ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes and promote a positive school environment.

    Role & Responsibilities :

    • Work with the school admin team to support school operations.
    • Perform general administrative duties.
    • Attend to phone calls and walk-ins from general public, parents, students.
    • Other office duties as required and assigned by the school
    • Performing routine office tasks related.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • 5-day work week job

    Requirement :

    • At least a GCE "O" Level Certificate
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently and a good team player
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
    • Experience working in a school setting
