- Provide end-to-end support for SAP HCM modules, including configuration, issue resolution, and user training.
- Analyze and address system problems, tickets, and user queries promptly while meeting SLAs.
- Conduct root cause analysis of system errors, implement corrective actions, and document solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system stability and meeting business needs.
- Participate in system testing phases to validate functionality and data integrity.
- Develop and update documentation and user guides for knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements, releases, and best practices.
- Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize system changes.
- Support end-user training to encourage the use of SAP HCM functionalities.
- Minimum of 3 years of SAP HCM support and configuration experience.
- Preferably holds SAP certification(s) in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong technical skills in SAP HCM modules like PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and understanding of HR processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with HR stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in system testing, documentation, and training is advantageous.
