Responsibilities

We're looking for a driven innovative Director of Service Delivery to lead a distributed team of consultants and developers, and drive success in projects from implementation, delivery to support.

• •Lead efforts to enhance value for stakeholders in the region;
• •Oversee project success, maintain client relationships, and optimize team performance;
• •Ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction;
• •Managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination;
• •Collaborating with practice leads for resource management;
• •Building and mentoring a high-performing team;
• •Developing staffing plans to meet client needs;
• •Supporting pre-sales activities to achieve company objectives;
• •Upholding company culture and fostering a positive work environment;
• •Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members;
• •Communicating client updates to management teams regularly.

Requirements

• •Tertiary education in engineering, computer science or a relevant discipline;
• •Experience in software delivery and deployment, preferably serving a similar industry;
• •Experience in client relationship management;
• •Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a geographically-distributed team;
• •Ability to identify opportunities in an evolving business environment;
• •Ability to learn quickly and adopt new and innovative ideas to create value;
• •Excellent communication skills, towards clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Employment Details

• •Regional travel may be required;
• •Hybrid / remote work based in offices in Asia Pacific region.
