Description

These reports are typically used by clients to inform their communication strategy, report on performance and are typically shared with C-suite executives and Board members.

• Responsible for gathering, analysing and interpreting data to produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Must have deep understanding of the Australian media landscape.
• Responsible for scheduling deliverables of customer reports and new product development
• Recruiting, training and managing Media Analysts
• Providing feedback to Media Analysts from Customer Services Manager and Clients and vice versa (feedback from Media Analysts to the rest of the Insights leadership team and clients)
• Proof reading reports to ensure that all reports are accurate and free of any mistakes before providing them to the copyediting team for a final check.
• Responsible for improving efficiencies, workflows, or processes.
• Taking part in team activities such as report retrospective meetings.
• Working collaboratively with Tech and Product from time to time to provide feedback and suggestions on report production tools.
