Description

Seeking for an expert for ecommerce markets across SEA and key focus will be to do business expansion across Japan, Australia, Singapore and many other countries.


This person needs to be skilled in ads management, CRM solutions, and campaign tracking for optimal results to achieve objectives to boost retail and online to offline business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage UX/UI onsite experience, optimize conversion rate and manage visuals and content for seasonal promotions.
  • Operational duties include product listing and or delisting, monitoring of KPI metrics reporting, ad campaign page setup and direct response copywriting.
  • Conversion rate optimization: Develop strategy to optimize conversion rates
  • A/B testing, website copywriting enhancement, experimenting with design, simplifying user interface/experience (UI/UX)
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Understand SEO algorithmic developments and partner with Global HQ to cascade best practices into local markets
  • Onsite keyword search optimization for

SEO:
Optimize search results based on relevant keywords for products and websites.


Job Scope:


  • Product golive: Ensure products are activated per launch plan and properly assigned with categories
  • Post campaign housekeeping: Disable pricing, promotion tagging, banners from last campaign
  • Content management and copywriting: Partner with local marketing team to get the relevant content onsite and optimize to drive conversion rates
  • Partner with Global HQ in new ecommerce platform rollout in Asia Pacific
  • Able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task
  • Campaign page activation: Partner with local marketing and digital team to set up webpage with relevant content based on marketing and promotion calendars

To succeed, you will need to:

  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in particular of site and conversion rate optimization from in-house agencies.
  • Mastery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud to manage brands and ecommerce websites using Sitecore is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it can impact website performance.
  • Previous experience working in regional capacity supporting local markets with website optimization initiatives.
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Coding languages: HTML, Python and CSS.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or equivalent.
  • Have website development and or management experience in ecommerce niches.
  • A/B testing, website copywriting and paid ads performance marketing background.
