Our A1 /A2 Building main-contractors is urgently sourcing for a Project Manager for Building Projects. ( Residential & Commercial )

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Good recognized Degree by Singapore IES/BCA
Min 810 years of relevant local experience in Total Project Management of Midlarg scale building construction projects with A1/ A2 maincontractors.
Large scale project's experience such as Residential Condominium, Commercial, Industrial, Hotel & Mixed Development projects.
Good & stable career track records and completion of full cycle of large projects an advantage.

**Job Scope: - Planning, Coordination, Resource allocation, Staff management & good leadership skills.

Good technical knowledge & experience in handling of technical issues.
Good control of budget, timetable & compliance of building code & regulatory requirements.
Working experience with MNC/A1 main contractor with mega/ highrise building projects
Handling of technical issues and work closely with Client and relevant authorities.
Manage & Control of work progress, schedule, safety and qualities.
