Description

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor, measure and analyse the positioning and performance of brands within the company and among competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ensure brands are differentiated and desirable for targeted guest personas through signature features and programmes, unique guest experiences and branded Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) branded touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain brand resources including stories, standards and guidelines, and materials; collaborating closely with corporate departments at HQ and various geographies to ensure requirements are clear and relevant
  • Engage with other departments and clusters to drive flagships and brand pilots, as well as provide support for preopening properties
  • Spearhead 360brand campaigns for launches and programmes
  • Serve as brand guardian to ensure alignment of standards and protection of IPs

Requirements:


  • Degree in Branding, Marketing or Communications
  • At least 5 years of experience in branding and marketing
  • Resultsdriven manager who can lead, manage, and execute projects both independently and with external vendors to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Creative and curious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has strong acumen for trends
  • Team player with good problemsolving skills and who can proactively collaborate with stakeholders across various job functions and countries
  • Strong writing skills with an excellent command of English language
