Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service and sales team with a strong focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer service experience.
- Works independently and takes ownership of issues and provides accurate and proper reports to the Management Team.
- Oversees daily operations and ensuring customers and employees safety and full compliance of all procedures and processes.
- Embed a customer centric mindset and culture of service leadership in the organization by providing training, feedback and coaching on desired service behaviors.
- Responsible for back end administrative duties.
- Proactively feedback and provide suggestions to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure timely submissions of Reports to Management Team.
- Improve management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning within the customer service /operations team.
- Managing and working closely with all departments in the formulation and implementation of training and coaching programs
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Holder
- At least 3 years' experience in Operations/ Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong people management skills and leadership qualities
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multitask.
- Knowledge in Immigration field will be added advantage
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
