Aliter enables our clients to adopt a circular strategy for their IT infrastructure.

This starts from IT asset recovery, assuming the use of refurbished hardware to extend the lifecycle of the IT installed base.

From the office in Singapore, Aliter services clients within the APAC region. Aliter is part of the Circular IT Group and the headquarter is based in the Netherlands.


To continue our growth, Aliter wants to expand the commercial team with roles for the junior, mediator and senior sales.


The Sales role responsibilities include:


  • Your role at Aliter offers you complete responsibility for the business acquisitions you bring in within assigned territorial markets.
  • Your focus will be on building meaningful, longterm customer relationships.
  • Through you, Aliter offers to clients from all business areas including ISPs, telecommunication companies, resellers, and enterprise clients.
  • Your key responsibility will be helping future clients understand how we can work with them to add value to their business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and events.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and identify business cases for followups.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Have a good understanding of the hardware products.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Build longterm relationships with clients and be their first line of contact with Aliter.
  • Collaborate with team members for customer order fulfilment.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT market is preferred.
  • Positive and optimistic mindset.
  • Fluent in English and another Asian language is preferred.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • You must be resilient and prepared to do the "ground" work to convert prospects into customers.
  • You can work independently but enjoy working within a highly motivated team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
