Preparation of meeting materials for reporting to our Management (Weekly, Monthly, Ad-hoc requests)

  • Perform general sales administration and support sales activities.
  • Support preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and document.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements of our Executive.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management/sales & marketing or equivalent
  • Positive thinking and keeping uptodate with current technologies.
  • Good team player, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
  • Organized, good time management and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and/or customers
