Description
Preparation of meeting materials for reporting to our Management (Weekly, Monthly, Ad-hoc requests)- Perform general sales administration and support sales activities.
- Support preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and document.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements of our Executive.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management/sales & marketing or equivalent
- Positive thinking and keeping uptodate with current technologies.
- Good team player, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
- Organized, good time management and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skill in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and/or customers
