about the job

• Provide dealers with technical assistance and diagnostic information to support vehicle repair
• Recording all details of cases for quality enhancement
• Provide timely escalation of cases
• Support new product launches and increase in site vistation
• Participate in weekly aged case review with Regional Technical Managers
• Liaise with dealer staff on all daily issue
• Participate in product update training programmes, technical meetings, conferences as and when needed

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
• Min 5 years of technical experience in vehicle maintenance & repair (Japanese / European car brand)
• Experience doing the repair in a franchise dealership as a master technician level or equivalent
• Able to deliver top notch customer delivery & satisfcation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel overnight in some unique cases
• Able to travel to overseas for work assignment when needed (about 15%-ASEAN region)
• Proficient in engine management, electronic equipment and vehicle emissions for vehicle
