- Provide dealers with technical assistance and diagnostic information to support vehicle repair
- Recording all details of cases for quality enhancement
- Provide timely escalation of cases
- Support new product launches and increase in site vistation
- Participate in weekly aged case review with Regional Technical Managers
- Liaise with dealer staff on all daily issue
- Participate in product update training programmes, technical meetings, conferences as and when needed
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
- Min 5 years of technical experience in vehicle maintenance & repair (Japanese / European car brand)
- Experience doing the repair in a franchise dealership as a master technician level or equivalent
- Able to deliver top notch customer delivery & satisfcation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel overnight in some unique cases
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment when needed (about 15%-ASEAN region)
- Proficient in engine management, electronic equipment and vehicle emissions for vehicle
