Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the management of operation duties including managing resources, work procedures, service contracts and work incidents.
- Maintenance Contracts Profile (new awarded contracts, contract period, contract renewal etc)
- Update Schedule of Rates (SOR)
- Coordinate with operation team /customer on daily operation needs
- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
- Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Source and purchase of equipment and supplies
- Organized, responsive, approachable, able to multitask and capable of interacting with stakeholders
- Monitor staffs' working schedule
- Handling staff's issue and problem
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Knowledge, Experience or Behavior Required to Perform Job Well
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Computer literate MS office skills (including outlook)
- Able to work independently
- No experience are welcome, training will be provided
