Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a(n) APAC Supply Chain FP&A Analyst, located in Singapore.


This position reports to the Regional Supply Chain FP&A Manager and is part of the Regional Supply Chain Finance team.

You will be supporting the financial planning processes that includes forecasting and reporting.

You will be tracking key supply chain metrics against forecast and goals to ensure business objectives and strategies are aligned.

This role also functions like a business partner where you will analyze key business drivers and drive actions and challenge/support business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the annual budget, forecasts and quarterly outlook on supply chain costs. Provide timely and accurate financial report to Management and business teams.
  • Quarter Closing. Monitor the actual results versus forecast, identify major red flags ahead of time and refine the accuracy of future forecasts
  • Provide accurate and solid cost variance explanation and be able to identify concise insights.
  • Monitor each department's KPI and highlight relevant risks and opportunities for management's decisionmaking
  • Keep track of cost saving opportunities across the Company
  • Continuously improve FP&A process to enable tight budget and resource management, efficient reporting and strong collaboration between regional and country supply chain finance teams.
  • Automate financial and operational report that strives to eliminate most of FP&A's manual work.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain related field

Experience and Skills:


Required:

  • At least 35 years of relevant experience

Preferred:


  • Solid knowledge in accounting, exceptional analytical skill and attention to details.
  • Operating with Discipline, be able to work under pressure of tight timelines.
  • Ability to present complex information and analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated trackrecord in influencing business partners and top management with factbased data through the use of strong communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Excellent crossfunctional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Superior skills in framing data & storytelling in the context of short & longterm goal
