    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Business Analyst

    a) Support Sales manager with business and market analysis.

    b) Work and improve existing sales marketing process (contract library, contract review), reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI), assist to customer survey.

    c) Take a pro-active approach, initiate creative solutions and assist the company in implementing Innovation and applying lessons-learned from previous or bench-marked experiences.

    d) Any other duties assigned.

    Marketing

    a) Close collaboration with Safran Marketing department in France.

    b) Design innovative corporate communication tools.

    c) Build a performant customer data-base to launch targeted marketing campaign.

    d) Attend events that promote corporate brand in the industry.

    External Communication

    a) Events organization (Symposium, Air Shows, Seminars...)

    b) Creation of all the tools necessary to communicate efficiently to our customers located in APAC (Press Release, Official Letter, Advertisement...)

    c) Define and drive external communication tools to expand client exposure and influence (Presentations, Brochures,...)

    d) Lead the company communication plan and maintain its budget.

    HQ Communication and internal Events

    a) Co in charge of internal meetings, company events and staff activities.

    b) Manage internal communication inside the company (Newsletter, Presentations).

    c) Ensure a close relationship between the headquarter Communication department.

    d) Be a part of a company project development team.

    e) Design Communication Tools.

    HSE

    a) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company's policies.

    b) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    a) Degree/Diploma in Communication / Marketing with a previous significant experience in Communication.

    b) Independent & structured, team player with very strong communication skills (oral & written)

    c) Experience with all MS office applications, and particularly with PPT and design software

    d) Creative and team player spirit

    e) Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan.
