Description

Our client is one of Singapore's leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in public and private construction projects. They are looking for a Structural Manager to participate in newly won iconic projects.

Job Description:

• Lead design team and review shop drawings on structural design
• Ensure design deliverables – design submission and approval process, procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning issues
• Highlight project risks, design optimization and changes
• Provide practical construction solution
• Provide coordination with QPD/QPS and client regarding engineering proposal and submissions to carry out construction work for building projects
• Management and control design deliverables involving BIM, technical, contractual and cost issues
• Manage sub-contractor design team for designing clearance

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 8 – 10 years of structural design coordination experience with A1 main contractor
• Familiar with structural design, basement, ERSS
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and ability to lead a team
