Description

We are looking for the capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.

This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
Understand customer technical requirements and business objectives.

Lead in providing technical support and consultancy to customers.
Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
IT system architectural design.
Take ownership of issues and enquiries related to the System.
Involved in Technical documentation.
Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements
Minimum 2yrs 4 yrs of experience as IT/Application Engineer.
Understand system architecture diagrams.
Hands on Experience with operating systems, databases will be an added advantage.
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
or ERP system.
Customer service oriented.
Self-starter.
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be Singaporeans
