Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at À Ta Santé.


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B wine sales and business development, primarily focused on selling wines to cafes, hotels, restaurants, and wine clubs.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the wine market segment.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients in the wine industry, particularly in retail, restaurants, and other relevant establishments.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of wines, particularly in French and Italian varieties, to effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's clientele.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct wine tasting events and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wine and culinary industry.
  • Deep knowledge of wines, especially in French and Italian varieties.
  • A strong network and contact list of clients in the wine industry, with a focus on retail, restaurants, and related businesses.
  • Proven track record, experience and success in wine sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Minimum qualification of a diploma.
  • WSET Level 2 certification in wines or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Experience in conducting successful wine tasting events.
