    Job DescriptionReporting to the Group Business Head the successful applicant will:
    As the pioneer HR in the Regional business, design and develop the

    HR framework

    including vision and mission in line with overall business objectives.
    Oversee day-to-day

    HR operations, General Affairs and spearhead HR projects

    and initiatives across the region.
    Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership to identify requirements in

    HR processes, frameworks and systems.
    Project Management at the global scale in collaboration with the Founders to drive business growth.

    The Successful ApplicantAs a successful applicant, you will have:Degree in HR

    related field.8 years

    in HR management with start-up regional exposure preferred.
    Highly effective in business partnering,

    with a strong track record of collaboration with cross-region teams.
    Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
    Self-starter with a growth mindset.
