- Oversee the delivery of key operational and customer experience metrics by Singapore Airlines' contact centre service partner(s) to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (within CCSD and across SIA business units) and external service provider(s) to identify challenges, drive performance improvements, enhance overall productivity.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers via voice calls or digital channels ensuring their queries are addressed promptly.
- A high level of professional expertise in managing large-scale contact centre operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals through collaborative effort.
- Solid analytical skills for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing corrective measures.
