A day in the life of...

  • Develop and lead the AOA digital ecosystem and strategy and embed across AOA markets ensuring commercial value back to the business by way developing an integrated digital strategy across owned and paid platforms to drive brand and business impact.
  • Collaborate and support markets to develop digital strategies and subsequent activations leveraging global/local partnerships, eRetail partnerships, technology tools and solutions to ensure brand objectives are met. Work closely with markets to develop and execute integrated digital marketing and communications plans in line with brand priorities.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual Digital Summit, with the Regional and Market community to showcase global excellence, develop digital/eBusiness/technology market plans and 23 year Roadmap. Be the key lead for NPP AOA digital acceleration for markets, Zone, Centre eBusiness and MSE teams, driving the ongoing digital innovation and acceleration.
  • Lead and develop digital measurement framework for all digital touchpoints to support markets to ensure PFME investment is fully maximized securing positive ROI across digital platforms and activities and cascade learnings and real market best practices.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors in support of NPP AOA digital goals, specifically drive the digital technology integration plan across the MSE and Centre eBusiness to ensure adoption/adaption of advertising and marketing technology solutions, and global guidelines and playbooks where applicable.
  • Support in driving key innovations with partners (alpha & beta innovations) in collaboration with agency partners to drive PCE (personalized consumer experiences) and deliver engaging experiences targeting online user journey and develop impactful media strategies to deliver the desired KPIs. Manage and develop Digital Project manager to deliver against priority platform development as aligned with NPP AOA Roadmap objectives, and Regional Integrated eBusiness Plan. Manage the relationship of agency partners and third party providers, ensuring adoption of JBP benefits and opportunities.
  • Key lead for AOA on global working groups for Search, Digital Marketing, Connect & Scale Ecosystem, Data, ensuring opportunities/issues for AOA are escalated and addressed. Work closely with the eCommerce Manager and Data Activation Manager to develop and execute aligned plans. Support in ensuring plans yield strong brand and business impact and alignment with business units to achieve the desired KPIs.

What will make you successful

  • Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing (Nestle or equivalent) &/or strategic planning, communications, media agency
  • In depth knowledge of digital platforms, technology and data platforms.
  • Proven experience of driving brand performance in digital media
  • Knowledge of digital performance management platforms
  • People management experience
  • Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behavior analysis
  • Stakeholder Management & Alignment + Strong networking ability
  • Project & Budget Management
  • Agency Management
