Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design and implement IT solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technology adoption or process improvements.
Explore machine learning use cases to enhance operational efficiency.
Opportunities for managing interdepartment projects/appointment which could be outside IT ambit for exposure to different functional areas and career growth.
QEHSMS Responsibility
Implement and abide by requirements set out in the Company's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO and OHSAS standards and applicable legal and other requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering.
With 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
With a strong understanding of IT systems and methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages and experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL server)
Familiar with data analytics techniques to provide business insights.
Ability to work independently and possess excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented approach with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
