    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • At least 6 years of experience in Control - M Scheduling and Administration.
    • Experienced in administration tasks include; installation, upgrading, configuration and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge in create, update, maintain, scheduling through calendars and troubleshoot of Control-M jobs and batch flows.
    • Responsible for running day to day control and management of jobs using BMC Control - M job scheduling tool.
    • Check daily job scheduled liaise with vendors on incidents and problems related to Control - M.
    • Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with business units on authorized adhoc request.
    • Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control - M upon escalation.
    • Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients.
    • Create support documentation to reduce menatime to resolve issues.
