- Responsible for the pre-delivery product standard by supporting & coordinating works between Sales, Workshop & NVP Department on all related works effectively & efficiently.
- Responsible for coaching and orientate customer or end user on our products.
- Responsible for the customer self collection lounge upkeep and delivery bay.
- Perform QC checks on vehicles after workshop PDI & washing completion.
- Upkeep and maintain the collection lounge and delivery bays.
- During customer handover process, to orientate and guide customer(s) / end user(s) on vehicle operations and basic maintenance only. (Example on DPD regen issues)
- Assist department manager for any ad hoc projects.
- To assist & conduct new product familarization for sales consultant and NVP staff or during new product launch from Principal.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum GCE O Level & above
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
- Possess VALID class 3/4 Singapore driving license
- Meticulous and well organized in area of work
- Possess good customer service attitude
- Positive and willingness to learn attitude is important
