Job Description:

• Coordination of all architectural drawing and works, prepare, submit and update shop drawings & as-built submissions
• Review and resolve technical issues that arise from the architectural/structural/M&E drawings or matters
• Review and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project engineer and subcontractor to resolve any arising project management and/or technical issues
• Carry out work schedules, cost control, project supervision/coordination and documentation to ensure the timely smooth progress of work

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience in architectural/structural/M&E ,preferably on A&A works
• At least Diploma/Degree in related fields
• Good knowledge and understanding of the regulations and procedures in the Design and Construction industry
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
