**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- *
  • Ensure delivery of customer service standards and quality are met and exceeded through close monitoring of the team and service performance;
  • Ensure individual staff development, performance management and employee grievances;
  • Ensure prompt reply to customers' feedbacks and complaints;
  • Ability to identify training needs, advise, plan and organize and follow up training programs in order to increase staff knowhow and performance;
  • Develop knowledge module for each service and products;
  • Perform call calibration session on a regular basis with the Customer Contact Officers to ensure that there is standardization and consistency in the service performance;
  • Review processes and identify areas of improvement to improve efficiency within the team and department;
  • Familiarize with new procedures, guidelines, and product knowledge;
  • Handle adhoc assignments as and when assigned by superiors and management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- *
  • Min. Diploma/ Degree qualification or 45years of working experience in insurance administration, business processing with customer service;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & database management
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, vlookup, pilot table and macros are a plus;
  • Have good customer service concepts & best practices ethics;
  • Have good product knowledge and technical knowledge of Insurance policies will be an advantage;
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and independent individual; and
  • Able to work effectively with mínimal management guidance and supervision;
  • High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
