Job Description:

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

To assist customers in accident reporting, claims and vehicle repairs.
To assess vehicle damages and submit estimations to insurance companies.
To liaise with surveyors, finalization of work and submission of claims.
To coordinate with Workshop Controller on progression of vehicle repairs.
To update customer on work progress and collection date.
To liaise with Car Rental department and facilitate rental car usage for customers.
To attend and resolve customers' complaints and feedbacks.
To build rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
To conduct visual inspection on vehicle condition before taking in vehicle.
To perform quality control (QC) checking on vehicle before customer's collection.
To provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Nitec 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Possesses a valid class 3 license.
Willing to perform 5.5 working days.
