    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Human Resource Executive plays a crucial role in managing the various HRM functions within the organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including posting of job opening, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
    • Prepares salary proposal and extending job offers
    • Submission of documents to governing bodies: AIC, SNB and MOM
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process

    2. Employee Relations

    • Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or disputes, ensuring a fair consistent approach

    3. Training and Development

    • Identify training needs for employees and managers
    • Register and coordinate training programmes for employees and managers
    • Ensure all training applications are submitted and fulfilled
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning

    4. HR Reporting and Record-Keeping

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personnel files, attendance and other relevant documentation
    • Prepares HR report to Management

    5. HR Systems and Technology

    • Utilise HRIS and other relevant software for HR administration and reporting

    6. Employee Engagement and Retention

    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement
    • Monitor and analyze turnover rates

    7. Health and Safety

    • Oversee workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices

    Qualifications:

    1. Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration
    • Relevant HR certifications can be a plus

    2. Experience:

    • Typically 2 - 5 years of experience in HR
    • Experience with submission of Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
    • Experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus

    3. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    4. Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    5. Interpersonal Skills:

    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders

    6. Discretion and Ethics:

    • Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
