Responsibilities

  • Daytoday implementation of loyalty programs, including offer building, testing, and program reporting
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in managing partner relationships and development of postcampaign reporting
  • Contributing to and implementing marketing communications strategies across various channels to drive program engagement and minimise churn
  • Ensuring compliance with legal advice and program terms and conditions
  • Measuring and reporting program results, and provide insights to drive strategy
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar field
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
  • Relevant working experience would be an advantage (we welcome fresh grads as well)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable interacting with people on a daily basis
  • No experience required but must be willing to learn and apply

Salary:
$2, $4,800.00 per month
