Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit Customer Service Officers.

Contact Center Officer (Office Hours/ Location - Ang Mo Kio)


  • Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
  • Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken
  • Work effectively with a variety of situations, individual and groups
  • Demonstrate effective telephone techniques that meet Quality Assurance standards

Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level and above
  • Strong team player
  • Selfdriven individual with a positive attitude
  • Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Pleasant disposition and personality
  • Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Work hours: will be 8am 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am 2pm (Sat), Sun and PH off.
