Description

Position:
Jewellery Appraiser/Valuer for Pawn Shop in Bukit Batok

Provide polite and professional standard service to all customers.
Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, within operational

guidelines.

Determine the different customers' requirements.
Answer incoming calls as per operations' standard.
Retail sales of merchandise comprisinggold, jewellery etc.
Communicate effectively to customers on the policy of the sales and tradein

transactions.

Perform sales, tradeinand loan renewal transactions.
Handle cash and voucher in accordance withestablished policies, proceduresand

Practices.

No experience requiredfor craftsman job scope (cleaning of Jewellery). Training will be

provided.

Job Requirement

Sales experience.
Prior Gold and Jewellery sales experience.
Prior job experiences in Pawnshop will be an advantage.
Wellgroomed and have passion in Jewellery and Pawn Brokerage trade.
Positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn, customeroriented and a good

player

Good interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging personality
Must be able to work retail hours and weekend.
Able to start in short notice.

Alternative bi-weeklyshifts: 8am to 5pm; 11am to 8pm
