    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing and other transactions.
    • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
    • Prepare monthly and annual management reports on Xero and Powerbi
    • Present financial reports and business performance analyses to the group, board members and key stakeholders
    • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
    • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Treasury optimisation such as managing cash collections, cash sweeping and upstreaming activities.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Accountant
    • At least 5 years' relevant experience
    • Knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to translate this to practice
    • Knowledge of Singapore Tax, GST, CPF, filing requirements
    • A meticulous & organised individual who is able to work independently & as part of a team
    • Analytical and communicative
    • Must be able to multi-task & meet deadlines
    • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
