Description
Our client is from Real Estate industry. They are looking for a Property Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North.


Duties:


  • Provide extensive property management services for sites dedicated to Outdoor Adventure Activities.
  • Organize and schedule proactive maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security management tasks through approved term/subcontractors.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of reported issues to identify causes and prevent future incidents.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, offering logístical support and managing tasks like obtaining quotes and generating invoices.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Join a dynamic team as a Property Executive, contributing to the efficient management of diverse sites.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in Building / Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field
  • Possesses Class 3 driving licenses is a bonus
  • Certification in Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage
